Scholarship Management Measures
Introduction
1. Special funds are dedicated; open and transparent.
2. Payment process: the person in charge or the applicant fills in the application approval form-supervisor review-principal review-PD100 approval-cashier payment-accounting entry.
3. Yangzi Middle School and the "PD100" scholarship institution jointly manage and implement the award and expenditure of the scholarship; and timely announce financial information on the school and on the "PD100" WeChat group or "PD100" website.
4. Before December 30 of each year, the financial supervisor is responsible for publishing the financial income and expenditure details to relevant institutions or individuals.
